Event filter with query SEL __InstanceModificationEvent WITHIN 60 WHERE TargetInstance ISA Win32_Processor AND TargetInstance.LoadPercentage > 99 could not be reactivated in namespace //./root/CIMV2 because of error 0x80041003. Events cannot be delivered through this filter until the problem is corrected.
出现上述问题电脑就死机蓝屏了。。。win7以上系统才会出这个错误！

上述系统都有可能出现上述问题。。。这个问题很少见，见了但是又很难解决。。不知道微软搞什么。。。不发个正规工具。。则是发了一个解决方法。。。
1、新建一个文本，更名为【ouyaoxiazai.vbs】
2、右键编辑【ouyaoxiazai.vbs】，把以下红色代码复制其中保存即可！保存后，直接运行即可！最好是以管理员运行。。
